Leasing Officer

MPS Exhibits Group Inc.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract potential exhibitors.
- Negotiate lease terms, prepare agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Market and promote available exhibit spaces through various channels.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of lease fees from exhibitors.
- Handle payment disputes and resolve issues related to leasing and collections.
- Identify new opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Maintain a database of lease agreements, exhibitor records, and payment history.
- Ensure all leasing documents and agreements comply with legal and company standards.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field or college level.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, collections, or property management.
- Experience in retail leasing, event spaces, or commercial real estate is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close leasing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and leasing management software.
- Strong financial acumen to handle collections and payment tracking.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve exhibitor concerns effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits when necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially during exhibit events.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial transactions.
