Warehouse Receiving Staff (PEZA Pampanga)

Job Summary The Warehouse Receiving Staff is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing raw materials, packaging materials, and other inbound deliveries for noodle production. The role ensures that all incoming materials are accurately checked, documented, and stored in accordance with company procedures, inventory standards, and food safety requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Material Gate-In & Inbound Checking
• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies from suppliers.
• Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), and receiving documents.
• Check quantities, specifications, and expiration dates before acceptance.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for required inspections and material release.

• Inspect incoming materials for damages, contamination, incorrect labeling, or quality issues.
• Document shortages, overages, damaged goods, and other discrepancies.
• Report non-conforming materials to Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality Assurance for proper disposition.

• Record receiving transactions in SAP or the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assign materials to the correct storage locations and bin locations.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and material traceability.

• Store raw materials according to warehouse standards and food safety requirements.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within receiving and storage areas.
• Ensure proper labeling and segregation of approved, rejected, and quarantined materials.

• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate receiving logs and inventory documentation.
• Support inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation activities.

• Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE and observe proper material handling practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in warehouse receiving, inventory, or logistics is preferred
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience using SAP, WMS, or inventory systems is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials
