Warehouse Dispatch Staff (PEZA Pampanga)

Job Summary The Warehouse Dispatch Staff is responsible for preparing, verifying, and releasing finished noodle products for delivery to distributors, warehouses, and customers. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety and warehouse standards. Key Responsibilities Order Picking & Dispatch Preparation

• Pick finished goods based on approved Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, or Transfer Requests.
• Verify product codes, quantities, batch/lot numbers, and expiration dates before dispatch.
• Prepare products for loading and transportation.

• Release finished products in accordance with approved dispatch documents and company procedures.
• Ensure only Quality Assurance (QA)-approved products are released.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Production to meet delivery schedules.

• Record dispatch transactions in SAP or the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate dispatch logs.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Receipts (DRs), Gate Passes, and related shipping documents.

• Supervise or assist in loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Verify quantities and product conditions before truck departure.
• Ensure proper loading practices to prevent product damage during transport.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO principles during product release.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the finished goods warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of finished products.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE and comply with company safety policies.

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or finished goods handling is preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation
• Experience using SAP, WMS, or inventory systems is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift and move finished products
