Office Staff (Loan Processor)

EVERFIRST LOANS CORP. is actively looking for a Loan Processor/Office staff for Angeles Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Loan Application Processing
- Receive, review, and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify applicant information, including personal data, employment, income, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted in compliance with company policies.
Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Ensure all loan processing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or suspected fraud to management immediately.
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of processed, approved, and declined loan applications.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management or relevant departments.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of loan documents for audits and reviews.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks related to loan processing as assigned by the Branch Head or Management.
- Support branch operations during peak periods or as needed.
- Participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- College Graduate
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills .
- Organized , detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and within a team.
- With high level of integrity and professionalism.
