BETABRANDS looking for a motivated and experienced Field Coordinator to join our team and oversee the operational efficiency of our retail locations.
Job Summary:
The Area Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and leading a team of promodisers - within METRO MANILA . The ideal candidate must have prior retail experience and strong leadership skills to drive performance, uphold company standards, and foster a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise and monitor promodisers in assigned areas.
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and performance of promodisers.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned stores.
- Sales and Merchandising:
- Ensure promodisers are executing promotional campaigns and sales strategies effectively.
- Monitor sales performance per store and provide feedback and support to boost productivity.
- Ensure correct product display, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with store managers regarding in-store concerns and promotions.
- Submit regular reports on attendance, sales performance, stock movement, and issues encountered in the field.
- Serve as the liaison between promodisers and the main office.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in onboarding and training of new promodisers.
- Provide on-the-ground coaching and performance evaluations.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address field issues such as conflicts, store concerns, or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement corrective actions for non-performing or problematic areas.
- Proven experience in retail management. Preferably with experience in clothing industry/brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork
- Work schedule - Monday-Saturday (Flexible time)
