Space Planning Coordinator

Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Specific tasks and service requirements on a daily basis include:
- Coordinate layout plans for relocation requests.
- Provide design recommendations, and assist in monitoring all space-related projects in alignment with established design standards.
- Work collaboratively with relevant teams for workstation planning, fit-out, and space allocation to ensure requirements are met within schedule.
- Attend meetings as required to perform duties; communicate instructions and tasks to stakeholders based on project requirements.
- Collect, review, and provide feedback on working drawings for all floor plans and space-related projects.
- Serve as custodian of all space documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Adoption and Change Management (ACM).
Requirements and Qualifications (Education & Work Experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in space planning, preferably within IT-related or innovation-driven projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (e.g., Interior Design or equivalent)
- Experience in both hand-drawn and digital illustrations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to quickly understand instructions and translate them into visual representations aligned with project requirements and target audience
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including handling extended hours and working under pressure
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work setup; onsite presence is required on an as-needed basis
- The contractor is expected to be available based on the required frequency, as determined by the supervisor
- Due to the nature of the role, frequent onsite work may be required
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
