Sales Engineer - Industrial Switch

About the Role:
As our Sales Engineer - Industrial Switch , you will serve as the primary strategic point of contact between our company and our professional partners. You will drive business growth by managing existing accounts, recruiting new partners, and providing expert sales consultancy on industrial networking and automation solutions.
What You'll Do:
Partner Relationship Management: Handle existing partners (Resellers, System Integrators, and other professional partners) and actively recruit new partners to accelerate sales growth in the industrial market.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Monitor and manage the entire sales lifecycle—from preparing and sending quotations to tracking order status and final delivery.
Market Navigation & Field Execution: Conduct field visits and engagement activities that revolve around industrial sites, manufacturing plants, and operational technology (OT) environments to identify new opportunities.
Sales Consultancy & Introduction: Introduce cutting-edge industrial switches, automation, and electrical products, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and infrastructure.
Target Achievement: Execute targeted marketing and sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed business targets.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an IT/Business-related course from a reputable university.
Experience & Track Record: Proven experience in technical sales, specifically selling Industrial Switches, Automation, or related Electrical products within manufacturing or industrial technology sectors.
Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of operational technology (OT), industrial environments, and how electrical or automation products are utilized in manufacturing operations.
Communication & Negotiation Powerhouse: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with top-tier interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation abilities.
Work Setup : Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
