Educational & Professional Requirements Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Technical & Industry Experience Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly: Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Generator Sets (GenSets), Boilers, Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems Exposure to the following property types is highly preferred: Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Corporate Tower, Other Commercial Properties Employment Arrangement- 2-year fixed-term employment, with potential for regularization based on performance and business requirements
- Reports directly to the Operations Lead under the Commercial Properties Group
