Building Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
- Assist in the installation of new systems and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors on larger projects.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Multiskilled technician with experience in installation and repairs
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of residential electrical systems and air conditioning repair
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with safety standards and distribution components in maintenance work
