We are looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Architect to join our team in Baguio City!

? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans
• Prepare detailed drawings and project presentations
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Assist with project documentation and reporting

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture • Licensed Architect • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software • Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team Qualification You will undergo a 15-day paid trial training period to demonstrate your skills and expertise for the position. The training rate will be ₱505 per day throughout the period.
