Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
