Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Service Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our fitness club. The ideal candidate has previous experience in professional housekeeping and takes pride in providing members with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all gym areas, including workout floors, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, offices, and common areas.
• Regularly disinfect gym equipment and high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other consumables as needed.
• Ensure the club meets cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Club Manager.
• Assist with opening and closing housekeeping duties.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Provide courteous assistance to members when needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform other housekeeping and facility support duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least Junior High School Graduate .
• Minimum of 1 year of formal housekeeping experience in establishments such as:
  • Hotels
  • Hospitals
  • Restaurants
  • Commercial buildings
  • Fitness centers
  • Other professional housekeeping environments
• NC II in Housekeeping is an advantage but not required .
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Has strong attention to detail and maintains high standards of cleanliness.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Requirements

• Willing to work on a flexible schedule , including weekends, holidays, early morning, or evening shifts.
• Willing to commit to at least one (1) to two (2) years of employment with the company.
• Applicants should be available for long-term employment and not have immediate or active plans to work abroad , as this role requires continuity and stability.
• Can start as soon as possible.
