Job description:
- Perform maintenance and repair works related to plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and fix basic facility issues (leaks, wiring, fixtures, doors, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspection of building facilities and equipment.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area.
- Assist in other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate.
- With knowledge and experience in at least one (1)of the following skills: Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Hardworking, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned at Cedar Peak, Baguio City.
- With complete requirements.
