Payroll Assistant

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR for employee data management.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Assist with audits and prepare financial reports.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure compliance, and maintain employee records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours, occasional overtime.
