Role : US Payroll Specialist Tier 1
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Location : Philippines - Makati
Schedule : Night Shift
Job Description:
- Process regular wages, overtime, and bonuses accurately and on time.
- Serve as first contact for payroll questions and concerns.
- Update and maintain payroll records and employee information.
- Resolve routine payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification and requirements:
- 1–2 years payroll or related finance experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
