Payroll Specialist

- Process end-to-end payroll
- Compute: Daily wages, overtime, holiday pay, and night differential
- Validate and consolidate DTRs from multiple project sites
- Prepare and process statutory contributions: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund
- Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports and assist in audits
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation and statutory benefits
- Experience handling 150–300 employees
- Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, HRIS)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in construction or manpower-intensive companies
- Familiar with DOLE compliance and payroll audits
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related field
- At least 2–5 years of payroll experience (construction industry preferred)
