Payroll Associate

Job Duties:
- Process payroll for employees on a semi-monthly basis (manual manner)
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and deductions
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related data
- Compute salaries, taxes, government contributions, and other deductions accurately
- Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and payroll summaries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll concerns
- Assist in payroll reconciliation, audits, and year-end processing
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Previous experience in payroll processing or accounting is a required
- Familiarity with labor laws, taxation, and statutory contributions
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to do site visit when needed
- Proficient in using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel)
