In this role, you will assist customers with banking transactions, account inquiries, insurance concerns, and other financial-related services while delivering excellent customer support.
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and professional environment. No prior call center experience? No problem, beginners are welcome to apply!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No Call Center Experience Required
- High School / Senior High School Graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills are a plus
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment
