Finance Supervisor

- Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Supervise and train finance team members to enhance their skills and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for cost-saving and suggest improvements in financial processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in finance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage a team and oversee financial operations effectively.
