- Oversee accounting operations
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate accounting staff
- Train new hires and identify training opportunities for current staff
- Manage internal controls
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Interact with auditors
- Ensure accuracy of financial reports and statements
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to present difficult financial information in a way that non-financial experts can understand
- BS Accountancy or Accounting courses Graduate
- At-least 3 to 5 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Company set-up
- Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Knowledgeable in PEZA, BIR, Payroll and Taxation
- Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Binan Laguna
