We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor (CPA) to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the accounting team, supporting financial audits, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and records.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Review and verify journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with PEZA and other government regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Residing within or near Cabuyao, Laguna .
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required .
- With 3–5 years of supervisory experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience working in PEZA-registered companies is an advantage.
