Production Supervisor

Description - Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and workflows.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control and forecasting activities.
- Provide training and mentorship to production staff to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, project leadership, planning, inventory management, forecasting, process improvement, and operations management abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring physical presence on the production floor.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and team player.
