Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective business processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and process improvements.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, KPIs, budgets, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to support promotions, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
- Manage customer service operations and resolve escalated concerns to enhance client satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate operations staff while promoting productivity and teamwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
- Analyze business performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Perform administrative and other operational duties as assigned by management.
