Description - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
