The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction within the assigned region. The role oversees regional operations, ensures compliance with labor and operational standards, manages key client relationships, and leads field operations to achieve company and client objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with client goals and service level agreements.
- Oversee the performance, deployment, and productivity of Area Operations Managers and field personnel within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with labor standards, company policies, and occupational safety regulations.
- Manage operational budgets and promote cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor trade activities, merchandising execution, and field performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead crisis and issue management, including deployment concerns, client issues, and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other support departments to ensure proper manpower planning, payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Oversee operational reporting systems and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and support business growth.
- Identify market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for expansion within the region.
- Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen the skills and performance of the operations team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
- With background in FMCG
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in operations management, account management, distribution, or marketing and promotions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling field operations teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and operational reporting tools .
- Ability to manage multiple operations, projects, and stakeholders within a regional scope.
