QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in agent recruitment for general insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents, including advertising, networking, and referrals, while identifying key talent pools.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and perform assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and providing the necessary training, resources, and support for agent success.
