EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (HOKKIEN FLUENT)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Executive Support: Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Calendar & Travel: Schedule and coordinate complex corporate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Documentation: Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence, business reports, and executive presentations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Special Projects: Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and other ad-hoc corporate tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hokkien/Fookien .
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, stellar multitasking skills, and a high level of discretion for handling sensitive information.
Edge: Experience in procurement and supplier coordination is a massive plus!
