What You'll Be Doing
• Providing high-level, confidential administrative support to executive team members
• Scheduling and coordinating complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Can speak Hokkien language
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate
environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hokkien
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google
Sheet
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and
multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact with all
levels of the organization
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
