About the role
A&T Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team on a fulltime basis . Based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila , this role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth and expanding our client base. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets that directly contribute to the company's success and market position.Key responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients within assigned territories or sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Present product and service solutions to clients, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales deals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Attend industry events, networking functions and trade shows to generate leads and build business relationships
Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs and competitive activities
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within a B2B environment or business solutions sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and priorities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of the business solutions industry or willingness to develop sector expertise
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
Preferably bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
