E-Commerce & Online Sales Officer
(For Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace)
Under FAITHM Group (supporting both brands)
The FAITHM Group is hiring an E-Commerce & Online Sales Officer responsible for managing and growing sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace.
This role will oversee product listings, pricing strategy, daily inquiry handling, order processing coordination, and platform performance optimization to achieve a minimum ₱300,000 monthly online revenue target.
This is a performance-driven retail channel role requiring daily operational discipline.
Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Marketplace stores
- Upload, update, and improve product listings (images, descriptions, keywords)
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategy accordingly
- Join platform campaigns and promotional events
Sales & Inquiry Handling
- Respond to chat inquiries promptly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Upsell related products (toner, add-ons, bundles)
Order & Fulfillment Coordination
- Confirm daily orders
- Coordinate dispatch with warehouse / operations
- Monitor delivery status
- Handle return/refund cases properly
Growth & Performance Optimization
- Run and optimize platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Monitor conversion rate and traffic
- Improve product ranking
- Manage customer reviews and ratings
Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Submit daily sales summary
- Weekly performance report
- Monthly growth analysis
- Maintain inventory monitoring alignment
Performance Expectations
First 90 Days:
Month 1:
- Clean and optimize product listings
- Structured pricing strategy
- Achieve stable daily sales
Month 2:
- Increase traffic and conversion
- Join platform campaigns
- Improve store rating
Month 3:
- Target ₱300K monthly revenue milestone
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience managing Shopee/Lazada/TikTok platforms
- Knowledge of platform ads and campaign tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and performance-driven
