WE’RE HIRING: SALES MANAGER
Meritpower Solar Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can help grow our solar product sales, dealer network, and solar installation projects.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- With 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, hardware, or technical products.
- Experience in B2B sales, dealer development, and project selling.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Able to handle contractors, installers, business owners, and corporate clients.
- Target-oriented and capable of meeting monthly sales goals.
- Knowledge in solar panels, inverters, batteries, breakers, cables, and solar accessories is an advantage.
- With existing network in construction, electrical, or solar industry is a plus.
- Willing to do field work and client visits.
Main Role:
- Generate new customers and project leads.
- Build dealer and installer network.
- Sell solar products and installation packages.
- Prepare quotations and client proposals.
- Coordinate with technical team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
