Description - Oversee daily mall store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage and train a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels efficiently.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
