HRI Sales Manager

Description - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to inform future strategic decisions and improve overall performance.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and drive productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field .
- At least 5 years of relevant sales and business development experience , preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, or consumer products industry .
- Experience handling HRI, foodservice, key accounts, private label, OEM/contract manufacturing, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing new accounts and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Experience in product development or customized/private-label projects is an advantage.
