- We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. As a Food Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and offering specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that orders are correct and meet quality standards before serving.
- Respond to customer inquiries, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Monitor and assist customers throughout their meal, checking on their satisfaction and refilling drinks as needed.
- Process payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including setting tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or food service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to work with others in a cooperative and positive manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
