- We are looking for a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our customers.
- As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking their orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests.
- You will be part of a team that ensures the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide information about daily specials, and offer recommendations to guests.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring they meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Monitor guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the register in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Ensure tables are cleaned and reset after guests leave, preparing for the next seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assist in restocking supplies, managing inventory, and supporting the overall restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to carry and serve multiple plates or drinks at once.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills to handle payments and process transactions.
