- Menu Guidance: Helping customers with menu choices, offering recommendations, and answering questions about dishes or drinks.
- Ensuring Cleanliness: Cleaning tables, counters, and service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Processing Payments: Handling cash or electronic transactions for orders.
- Stock Management: Replenishing supplies like condiments, napkins, or utensils as needed.
- Team Support: Assisting kitchen staff or working with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Certification: Food handling or safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, depending on the location).
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers politely and professionally.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to take orders and address customer needs.

Experience
