Food Server

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Food Server to join our team. The Food Server will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and answer customer inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that tables are clean, set, and properly arranged.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments using cash or credit card systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and service stations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
