- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service to enhance the dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables, cleaning floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation and set up food stations when required.
- Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock items such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions, providing change and receipts as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to cleanliness and hygiene procedures.

- Prior experience in a food service or customer-facing role is preferred but not always required.
- Skills and Abilities:

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25-50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a noisy and busy environment.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
- Working Hours:
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the hospitality industry often operates beyond typical business hours.
- Additional Qualifications (optional):
- Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).
- Multilingual abilities can be a plus in diverse customer settings
