Union Marine Management Services, Inc. (UMMS) is looking for a Training Executive to join our growing team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning and development, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training programs for seafarers and office personnel.
- Monitor training compliance in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update training records and databases.
- Coordinate with training providers, instructors, and internal departments.
- Prepare training reports, certificates, and related documentation.
- Assist in developing and improving training programs and materials.
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training requirements.
- Provide administrative support for the Training Department.
