- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in training or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
