- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.
- Help develop training materials and resources.
- Support trainers in managing classroom activities.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve training programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or relevant internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work as part of a team and assist with administrative tasks.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in both classroom and office settings.
