Are you a strategic and results-driven sales professional with leadership experience in the construction or retail industry? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and drive business growth!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage sales negotiations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Conduct fieldwork, client visits, and market assessments to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Address client concerns and unexpected challenges professionally and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience , with proven managerial or team leadership experience.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in the construction or retail industry .
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Results-driven, organized, and proficient in MS Office and sales reporting .
- Willing to conduct fieldwork as required.
