Sales Manager

Responsible in achieving business goals and market expansion

• Responsible in setting over-all team sales targets ans budget on a national level.
• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the company
• Development of new acconts, expand market reach in potential areas
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and closely monitor all AE accounts
• Focused on building revenue by developing and executing all revenue stream possibilities
• Develops Sales & Marketing Plan and Strategies

Responsible in managing sales team

• Manages an effective and aggressive team ensuring team's KPIs achievement
• Prepares and set work plans and schedule of Sales Team 
• Conducts operation and customer audits to ensure optimum team performance
• Conducts regular Performance Assessment of Sales team and reports to the President

Responsible for the analysis of sales performance impacting business

• Monitors and analyzes key account performance metrics and recommends solutions on a national level.
• Monitors sales, relavant data and prepares information needed to achieve business goals on a national scope.
• Regularly prepares business review with in-depth analysis and recommendation
• Participates in the annual business review and planning sessions setting budget expenditure versus target expectations
• A member of the Credit Committee which meets monthly to review collection, aging Receivables, setting of credit standing and terms, and others.
• Responsible for documentation, analysis and presentation of Sales Data relevant to business performance
• Closely review all type of inventories to maintain desirable par levels at all times
• Conducts regular meeting with stakeholders for efficient business updating
• Perform any other executive task as required by the General Manager
