Work Schedule: M onday-Saturday
Salary: Basic Pay + Commission of up to Php50,000 depending on quota achievement
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- At least 3 years of working experience in Automotive Sales
- 1 year in supervisory or managerial role
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Amenable to work on site and to work with M onday-Saturday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of inspiring and guiding the sales force to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Create and put into action successful sales tactics.
- Keep a close eye on both team and individual performance.
- Improve output, client interaction, and overall profitability, offer continuing coaching and assistance.
- Other task as assigned
