Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager leads the Sales and Account Development team of Premier Food Choice International Corp. (PFC) , driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic business expansion.

The role combines strategic planning, field leadership, performance management, and process improvement to ensure that all sales operations run efficiently and are aligned with corporate goals. Working closely with the President, the Sales Manager ensures that sales strategies are data-driven, customer-centric, and executed with integrity and discipline — consistent with PFC’s principles of Integrity, Reliability, and Excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Target Management

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, goals, and incentive plans aligned with company objectives and market direction.
• Cascade sales targets to Account Development Specialists (ADS) and monitor monthly performance versus target.
• Evaluate market dynamics, price positioning, and competitor activity to recommend pricing and product strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Field Supervision

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Account Development Specialists (ADS) team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven sales culture.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, field immersions, and performance reviews to reinforce accountability and strengthen selling capabilities.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, client protocols, and reporting standards.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze key sales metrics including revenue achievement, customer conversion, active client retention, and collection efficiency.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the President, highlighting insights, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize data analytics tools and dashboards for accurate sales forecasting and trend analysis.

4. Process Improvement & Sales Operations Management

• Streamline and standardize sales processes , from lead generation to order closing, to enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve the order-to-cash cycle , ensuring smooth coordination from quotation to delivery.
• Implement CRM tools or reporting templates for better visibility of leads, pipelines, and sales performance.

5. Key Account & Client Relationship Oversight

• Support ADS in developing key accounts , managing escalations, and securing long-term partnerships.
• Strengthen client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and service recovery initiatives.
• Represent PFC in major client negotiations, trade events, and partnership discussions.

6. Training, Coaching & Talent Development

• Develop and execute sales capability programs , ensuring all ADS are equipped with strong product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service discipline.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions focused on performance improvement and personal growth.
• Identify skill gaps and align training needs with HRAD and the President.

7. Data-Driven Planning & Forecasting

• Lead sales forecasting and planning activities to ensure alignment between sales targets, inventory levels, and supply chain capacity.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams on forecast accuracy and order planning to meet demand efficiently.
• Use sales analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business expansion.
