Job Description:
• Assist the Production Supervisor in monitoring daily production activities.
• Assist in monitoring manpower, attendance, work assignments, and production schedules.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring that production targets and quality requirements are met.
• Monitor employees' compliance with company rules, work procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in identifying production problems, delays, and operational concerns and report them to the Production Supervisor.
• Help ensure proper use of machines, tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and 5S in the production area.
• Coordinate with production employees and other departments regarding work-related concerns.
• Prepare or assist with basic production reports and records.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
• College graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field.
• With experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• With leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic production processes and workplace safety.
• Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and undergo a 15-day training period.
• Willing to work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and Management.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing duties in a manufacturing environment.
