Asst. Production Supervisor (For Processed Meat operations)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any related field
- Experience in processed meat operations or food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work in a production environment and flexible shifts
- Must be a resident of Imus Cavite or any nearby location.
- Can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing production activities for processed meat products
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance on daily tasks
- Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Help manage inventory of raw materials and supplies
