The Assistant Production Supervisor will support the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment. This role requires hands-on leadership to coordinate production teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, and workplace safety protocols.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or production management systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Available to start immediately.
