Position: Assistant Production Supervisor
Location: Daiichi Industrial Park, Maguyam Rd., Silang, Cavite
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. This role ensures that production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The position also assists in supervising production staff and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily production activities .
Ensure production schedules are followed to meet quality, output, and delivery targets .
Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards .
Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency .
Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate production reports, records, and documentation using ERP or production management systems .
Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and materials during production operations.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement programs.
Train and guide production workers to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment as supervisor
Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and workplace safety protocols .
Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage production teams effectively.
