Data Quality Specialist / Product Data Reviewer

Remedio Street, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines Work Setup: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Graveyard Shift Days Off: Fixed Weekends Off Industry: Data Management / E-commerce / Product Information About the Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist / Product Data Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously reviewing, validating, and updating a large volume of product information from multiple vendors. You will review approximately 30,000 product records to ensure that product names, descriptions, vendor information, keywords, attributes, and formatting are accurate, consistent, and searchable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy and concentration while performing repetitive, detail-intensive tasks. Key Responsibilities Review and validate large volumes of product data from multiple vendors. Check product names, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and vendor information for accuracy. Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and data inconsistencies. Verify missing, incorrect, or conflicting product information against available sources. Review product keywords and information to help ensure products are accurate and searchable. Maintain consistent naming, formatting, and data-entry standards across product records. Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records and take appropriate corrective action. Perform quality checks to ensure updated information meets established guidelines. Use spreadsheets and internal systems to organize, review, and update product information. Escalate unclear or conflicting information when verification is required. Consistently meet productivity and accuracy expectations while handling high-volume data. Follow established processes, guidelines, and quality standards. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in data review, data quality, catalog management, data entry, content moderation, data labeling, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify small errors and inconsistencies. Experience reviewing large volumes of information accurately and consistently. Strong written English, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Comfortable performing repetitive and detail-intensive tasks for extended periods. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established quality standards. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, PIM, product data, or vendor data. Experience working with product names, descriptions, SKUs, specifications, categories, or attributes. Familiarity with product keywords, metadata, SEO, or online product search. Experience working with high-volume datasets or large databases. Previous experience in quality assurance, data validation, content review, or auditing.
